Introduction

This five-day course teaches senior leaders how to build and execute strategy that produces measurable results. It focuses on decision-making, resource allocation, and organizational alignment. Participants work on real business issues and leave with a tested strategic plan. Exercises use data, scenario testing, and peer feedback. The emphasis is on what leaders must do next: set priorities, decide trade-offs, and drive adoption across the organization.

Objectives

Develop a clear 12–36 month strategic plan with defined objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
Translate strategy into a prioritized 90-day action plan with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Apply practical frameworks to make resource-allocation and trade-off decisions across capital, talent, and time.
Design governance and communication processes to cascade strategy, monitor performance, and correct course.
Run scenario planning and risk assessments to stress-test strategic choices and define contingency triggers.
